Service Delivery

We strive to complete and deliver all services within the specified timelines agreed upon at the time of booking.

Modes of Service

We currently offer two modes of service delivery:

  1. Online Services

Delivery Method: All digital products and services (such as software, subscriptions, licenses, downloads, or online access) are delivered electronically.

Delivery Timeframe: Upon successful payment, access or download information will be delivered immediately via email or through your user account on our website.

Email Delivery: Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Non-Receipt of Product: If you do not receive your product within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If still unresolved, contact our support team at [drpkumaracademy@gmail.com].

Digital Services: No shipping fees apply to digital products.

Failed or delayed deliveries: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. In rare cases of technical or third-party issues, we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

  • Direct/In-Person Services

Service Delivery Method: All services are provided in-person at the client’s location or a designated service site. The exact location, time, and scope of service will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Scheduling and Appointments: Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, customer service line, or mobile app. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the appointment details. We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window, but delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible.

Service Areas: We currently serve the following areas: [O.No:2/93, N.No:2/589 Pudhu Nagar, Nethaji Street, Perumpakkam, Chennai, 600100]. Requests outside our standard service area may be accommodated with additional fees or special arrangements.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Not applicable.

Service Completion and Confirmation: A service is considered delivered once it has been completed and acknowledged by the client. In certain cases, a digital or paper service report may be provided for your records.

 Fees and Charges: All service fees will be disclosed during booking and must be paid upon or before service delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Additional on-site services or time extensions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.

Timely Communication

We will keep you informed of your service status throughout the process. In the event of any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.
